Linking WhatsApp & SMS
Note: If you have a prepaid account, you need funds in your account balance to send messages on your channels.
To use the Chat 2 Pay service via a channel such as SMS or WhatsApp, go to My Workspace -> Chat 2 Pay.
Select the configuration you want to link to the channels.
Click "Link channels".
Select the channel and setup you want to link to Chat 2 Pay. You can remove or add more channels later.
Complete additional configuration as prompted.
Now you can enable the Chat 2 Pay functionality on the channel using the Enabled/Disabled toggles.
