End-user experience on WhatsApp

Chat 2 Pay is supported on both the SMS and WhatsApp channels. Below is an example of what the experience looks like to an end-user using WhatsApp.
When the end-user clicks on the payment link sent to them by the agent, a payments page open where they can make a secure payment.
The payment link expires after 5 minutes if the end-user does not click on it.
Once the payment was made, the confirmation message is sent to the agent to the end-user.
