Overview of Supervisor Desk

The Supervisor Desk provides visibility to a supervisor into their agents' activities and interactions with clients to ensure their teams are providing efficient and quality service to end-users.
Supervisors can view chats but cannot engage with end-users or intervene in ongoing (live) chats between agents and end-users.
To access the Supervisor Desk, go to the Chat Desk Dashboard and click 'Launch Supervisor Desk'.
The recommended web browser for using Chat Desk is Google Chrome
The image below highlights the main elements of the Supervisor Desk user interface.
To sign out of the Supervisor Desk, click on the profile icon in the top right, and select 'Log out'. A session expires after 24 hours after which you will be signed out automatically.
