Access & navigate the Supervisor Desk
The Supervisor Desk provides visibility to a supervisor into their agents' activities and interactions to ensure they are providing efficient and quality service to customers.
Using the Supervisor Desk, supervisors can:
- The recommended web browser for using Chat Desk is Google Chrome.
- Chat Desk is only supported on laptops and desktops, and not on mobile devices or tablets.

A session expires after 24 hours, after which you will be signed out automatically.
- 1.Click on the profile icon in the top right.
- 2.Select "Log out".
