Download transcripts

Supervisors can download a chat transcript as a PDF file. This file contains the chat transcript by date and MSISDN.
Navigate to Dashboard -> Configure​​ -> Download Transcript​​​​​​​.
Enter the MSISDN and date range and click 'Download PDF'
