Link channels
Chat Desk supports WhatsApp and SMS.
Currently, you can only link one channel (i.e., either WhatsApp or SMS) to Chat Desk.
Once you have an active WhatsApp Business Profile or SMS integration, navigate to My Workspace -> Chat Desk and click 'Contact Support Team'.
Request the team to link your channel to your Chat Desk product.
When your channels are linked to Chat Desk, callbacks are automatically added to your Clickatell account. If you want to view them or add them back if deleted accidentally, see here.
