Chat 2 Pay
All these reports can be downloaded as PDF documents by selecting 'Download Report' in the top right corner of the screen. If any filters were applied, only the filtered results are exported.
Get an overview of the Chat 2 Pay activity on your account. You can view it for a selected date range, channel, and/or integrator.
The information presented includes:
- Payment links - total number of links generated and their delivery success rate; includes the number of links per status
- Receipt links - total number of receipt links generated and their delivery success rate; includes the number of receipt links per status
- Payment notification status breakdown
- Payments - total payment value (TPV) and the successful payment rate
If you are making use of our Chat Desk application to send payment links to your customers, this report shows metrics relating to that those activities. You can see the same information as above but related to your use of Chat 2 Pay on Chat Desk only. You can filter by date, channel, integrator, department, and agent.
