Activating channels and products

Note: you can only activate channels and products once you've verified your account (see the previous section)

Before you can configure and use any of Clickatell's products and channels, you have to activate it on your account first.

To activate a channel or product on your Clickatell account, navigate to the Products & Services tab and select either the Explore, Channels or Products sub-tab. From here, select a specific channel or product card to view more information about it.

Click the '+Activate Channel' or '+Activate Product' button. This activates the channel/product on your account and adds it to your 'My Workspace' tab from where you can configure and manage it.

A green notification marker appears whenever a new item is added to the My Workspace tab as shown below.
