Adding WhatsApp
Navigate to Products & Services -> Channels -> WhatsApp.
Click '+Activate channel'.
This adds WhatsApp as a channel on the My Workspace tab.
On the My Workspace tab, click the WhatsApp card to open your WhatsApp channel management page.
From here you can create new and manage your existing WhatsApp accounts.
Select a WhatsApp account from the table to:
View account details
Add new and manage existing WhatsApp Business Profiles
Add new and manage existing WhatsApp (HSM) templates
