OTP Menu

An OTP (One-Time Password) is a random pin code that is sent via SMS to a user as a method of verification. The OTP Menu node can be used at any point in your flow to trigger this verification process. When a user reaches this point in the flow, a random OTP will automatically be generated and sent to the user and the user will be asked to enter the OTP they've received. Depending on the result of verification (success, failure, error), the user can be routed to another step/flow.

The OTP is sent via Clickatell's One API. You need to have set up One API in your user portal in order for this node to function correctly.
