This node enables your end-users to connect to your Clickatell Chat Desk product where they can interact with live agents via the channels offered by Chat Flow.

To use this functionality, you need a Clickatell account with the Chat Desk product activated.

After you have dragged this node into your canvas and added the required parameters, you can set the logic of what happens when the user’s engagement with the live agent ends - either direct them to another step in the flow, to a completely different flow, or simply show a thank you message concluding that interaction.
