Chat Flow

Chat Flow is an easy-to-use web-based application that allows you to quickly and collaboratively design and deploy conversational experiences across multiple chat applications and connect it to your organization’s core functional APIs.

To activate Chat Flow as a product on your account, click on the Chat Flow card under Products on the Products & Services tab. Click on the '+Activate product' button. This will add Chat Flow as a product under the My Workspace tab.

In the My Workspace tab, select the Chat Flow card.

If you have a prepaid account, you need to purchase a subscription first before you can enable Chat Flow. Click on the 'Purchase Subscription' button and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Note: Your billing details need to be set up before you can purchase a subscription.

Once a subscription has been purchased, you can launch Chat Flow in a new tab from My Workspace --> Chat Flow.

If you have a postpaid account, you have to click the 'Contact Sales' button and the Clickatell Sales Team will gladly assist you.

To grant access to Chat Flow to more users, refer to the User Management section of this user guide. Note that you require at least one other Chat Flow admin user in order to approve and deploy your flows.
