Linking Chat Desk
Let your agents send a payment request to customers while engaging with them in the Agent Desk.
Navigating to My Workspace -> Chat 2 Pay.
Select the configuration you want to link to Chat Desk.
Click "Link Products".
Select Chat Desk and click "Link".
Once linked, agents can use the Chat 2 Pay extension to send a payment request to customers from the Agent Desk (see below).
