Disable/delete an integration

  1. In the Clickatell Portal, go to My Workspace and select the 3rd-party app.

  2. Click Manage Configurations.

  3. Select the integration that you want to disable/delete from the table.

  1. Click Delete or Disable Configuration.

  • You can enable any disabled configuration again by following the same steps.

  • Only disabled integrations can be deleted.

  • Deleted configurations cannot be restored.

  1. If an integration is used in a workflow in Chat Flow, you are prompted to first remove the integration from all the flows that use it.
