OTP Menu
An OTP (One-Time Password) is a random pin code that is sent via SMS to a customer as a method of verification.
The OTP Menu node can be used at any point in your workflow to trigger this verification process. When a customer reaches this point in the workflow, a random OTP will automatically be generated and sent to the customer and the customer will be asked to enter the OTP they've received.
Depending on the result of verification (i.e., success, failure, error), the customer can be routed to another step or workflow.
The OTP is sent via Clickatell's One API. One API must be set up in your user portal for this node to function correctly.
