Location sharing
Live location sharing is not currently supported.
To share a location, select the 'location pin' icon at the bottom of your chat area. The chat area will expand to include a map view and a search bar. Simply enter the address you want to share with the user, and press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard.
You will be presented with the results of your search that you can now share with the end-user by selecting the 'Send' button on the bottom right. You can also include additional text to provide the user with more information if necessary. The user will be able to open the location on their mobile device and navigate to the location you've sent.
If you are using the SMS channel, the location will be shared as a link that the user can click.
