Send emoticons
While the aim is to always keep chats professional, end-users do sometimes appreciate informal touches to conversations to give it a more personal feel. Emoticons are used on every social media platform available to end-users, so they have come to appreciate and even expect these little expressions to convey meaning.
You can add as many emoticons as you want to the messages you're sending to your end-user by selecting the 'emoji' icon below the text area. You will be presented with an emoticon menu with many options to choose from. You can also search for a specific emoticon. Simply click on the emoticon you want to add to your message.
