Activate Chat Desk
For more detailed information on using the Clickatell User Portal, see the Clickatell Portal User Guide.
To activate Chat Desk on your account, navigate to Products & Services -> Explore -> Chat Desk.
Click '+ Activate product'.
This adds Chat Desk as a product under My Workspace.
In the My Workspace tab, select the Chat Desk card.
Click the 'Enable Chat Desk' button.
To sign out of either the Supervisor Desk or the Agent Desk, click on the profile icon in the top right, and 'Log out'.
A session expires after 24 hours after which you will automatically be signed out.
