SMS offers personalized, real-time engagement with your customers, enabling you to reach them even when steady, reliable internet access is not available to them.

To activate SMS as a channel on your account, click on the SMS card under Channels on the Products & Services tab. Click on the '+Activate Channel' button. This will add SMS as a channel under the My Workspace tab.

Clicking on the SMS card in My Workspace opens your SMS channel management page.

From here, you can:

  • Add new and manage existing SMS setups

  • Acquire and manage long numbers and short codes

  • Add and manage test phones
