Chat Flow + Chat Desk + Channels

Available on our Interact and Transact packages

To use a combination of Chat Flow, Chat Desk, and a channel, you must:

  1. Add Chat Flow to your account

  2. Add Chat Desk to your account

  3. Set up WhatsApp and/or SMS as channels in your account

  4. Link the channel(s) to Chat Flow and set up route(s) in Chat Flow

  5. Use the Chat Desk node in the Chat Flow workflow.
