Third-Party Integrations

Available on our Interact and Transact packages

You can integrate your Chat Flow application with various 3rd-party applications such as Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, Zendesk Support, and Salesforce.

For more detailed information, refer to the Integrations User Guide.

To configure a new integration, navigate to Products & Services -> Integrations. You can also select "Integrations" from My Workspace.

Select the 3rd-party app that you want to integrate with.

Click Add Integration.

If you don’t have an active Chat Flow subscription yet, you’ll be prompted to activate that first before you can add the integration.

Add a new production configuration or sandbox configuration (for testing) and complete the required integration details.

Click Activate.

You are redirected to the 3rd-party app’s login screen to authenticate yourself. Sign in with your existing credentials for this app.

Once you’ve successfully signed in, you are redirected back to the app’s page in the Clickatell Portal. The integration you’ve just added is shown with an “Active” status.

You can now start using this integration in your workflows via the Integration node in Chat Flow.
