2-way: sending & receiving

To engage in 2-way SMS communication, i.e., both sending messages to customers and receiving replies from customers, you require a dedicated number.

• You can purchase a long number or a short code from My Workspace --> SMS and link it to the 2-way SMS integration.

• Numbers can also be purchased as part of the 2-way SMS setup wizard.
